Sponsorship Requests

As an active community member, Saint Mary's Regional Health System supports many organizations through monetary and in-kind donations annually. Our hospital contributes to activities, organizations and causes in the River Valley that align with our mission of making communities healthier®.

Area of Focus

We prioritize support for organizations in the following areas:

Civic enhancement
Children, youth and education organizations
Community-based organizations, including cultural and humanities
Health and wellness organizations

Sponsorship Priority

Organizations that align with our focus area will receive priority consideration. Further preference is given to those with active involement from Saint Mary's, such as serving board members, employees or engaged volunteers.

Eligibility Requirements

Demonstrates collaboration and coordination with other community organizations
Event or program focus aligns with the health and wellness goals for the communities we serve
Events and organizations are located within the health system's service region
Provides intervention for social determinants of health

Exclusions

Saint Mary's does not contribute to:

Alcohol, tobacco or gambling-themed events
Activities that do not advance our public or hospital purpose
Groups that discriminate based on age, religion, race, sex, sexual orientation or national origin
Individuals or individual fundraising efforts
Organizations already supported by our employee giving
Political campaigns and parties
Tournaments, little leagues, sports teams or booster clubs

View or download the sponsorship application below. Ensure that you include all supporting documentation with your submission.

Sponsorship requests are reviewed on a regular basis.
Submit your sponsorship request no later than 10 weeks prior to the date of the event.
Include any supporting documentation with your application at the time of submission.
Incomplete applications will not be considered.
