As we enter the Fall season, it’s also time to think deductible season. We are here to remind you to take full advantage of your health insurance benefits before the year is up! 

For most health insurance plans, January 1st marks a new year for plans and deductibles to reset.

If you’ve reached your deductible, talk to your provider about procedures or surgeries that are right for you before the end of the year. Out-of-pocket costs for certain procedures or surgeries can be minimal or even zero once you have met your deductible.

At this time of the year, you may have met or are close to meeting your deductible.

Use your annual health benefits- many plans cover certain preventative procedures with little or no cost to you. Schedule these procedures before the end of the year to maximize your health plan benefits!

Mammograms, colonoscopies, routine exams, immunizations, and other preventative visits are among those to schedule now!
