These guidelines serve as an important foundation for clinical decision support tools, performance measures and quality improvement initiatives across the country.
Dr. Kadavath was selected to participate alongside national leaders in cardiovascular medicine and related specialties. In a formal acknowledgement letter to Saint Mary’s leadership, the ACC and AHA expressed their sincere thanks for Dr. Kadavath’s participation and recognized the significance of her contribution to this national effort.
“Participation in national guideline development reflects a commitment to advancing cardiovascular care not only within our hospital, but across the country,” said Casey Willis, Chief Executive Officer of Saint Mary’s. “We are proud of Dr. Kadavath’s leadership and dedication to improving patient outcomes.”
Clinical practice guidelines from the ACC and AHA are widely used by healthcare professionals to inform patient care and establish best practices in cardiovascular medicine.
