Originally planned for Thursday, January 29, Saint Mary’s and Main Street Russellville’s Community Rx event has been rescheduled to Thursday, February 12 from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. at the Russellville Train Depot located at 320 W. C St. 

This free, in-person event is designed to help community members begin the year with realistic, sustainable health habits that fit into busy lifestyles. 

The session will be led by Vicky Mistler, APRN, with Millard-Henry Clinic of Dardanelle. With years of nursing experience caring for patients across all ages, Mistler will guide an engaging discussion focused on practical strategies for improving health, followed by a question-and-answer session. 

Following the presentation, attendees are invited to stay for a free yoga class led by Hannah Butler, instructor with JB Wellness. The class will offer a welcoming opportunity to put healthy movement into practice, regardless of experience level. 

Community Rx is an educational series hosted by Saint Mary’s Regional Health System and Main Street Russellville, offering accessible, expert-led conversations on a variety of wellness topics. The event is free and open to the public, and no registration is required.
