December 01, 2025
Saint Mary’s Regional Health System, in partnership with Main Street Russellville, invites the community to attend Community Rx: Peace of Mind for the Holidays on Thursday, December 11, from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. at 320 W. C St. in Russellville.
This free, in-person event is designed to support individuals and families navigating the emotional challenges that can arise during the holiday season. Whether coping with stress, loss or just the chaos of the holidays, attendees will gain tools to help create peace, structure and resilience.
Natalie Foster, RN, BSN, Director of Nursing at Turning Point Behavioral Health at Saint Mary’s, will lead the session. With years of experience in mental health care, she will guide a thoughtful discussion focused on practical strategies for managing emotions and maintaining well-being throughout the holidays.
This Community Rx session is free and open to the public. No registration is required.
“Many people struggle quietly during the holidays,” said Foster. “This program is meant to provide a safe space to talk about those feelings and leave with something useful and hopeful.”
Community Rx is an educational series hosted by Saint Mary’s and Main Street Russellville, designed to promote community health through accessible, expert-led conversations on important wellness topics.
