COVID-19 Pediatric Vaccine

Millard-Henry clinic supports the decision by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to recommend Pfizer’s COVID-19 vaccine as safe and effective protection from COVID-19 for children ages 5 to 11 years old. We know that vaccinating children will help protect them from getting COVID-19 and reduce their risk of severe disease, hospitalizations or developing long-term complications from the illness.

Our pediatric teams are prepared to begin offering COVID-19 vaccinations for children who meet the age criteria starting November 11, 2021 . We understand that parents may have many questions about whether the vaccine is right for their child, and we encourage them to discuss these with their child’s pediatrician.

For more information or to register your child to receive a COVID-19 vaccine, please call 479-964-4377.
