In response to recent changes affecting health care workers in the River Valley, Saint Mary’s Regional Health System of Russellville, National Park Medical Center of Hot Springs and Saline Health System of Benton will host a health care career fair on Saturday, April 18, from 3-7 p.m. at the Bakery District Collection Room, located at 70 S. Seventh St., Fort Smith. 

The event is designed to provide a welcoming and supportive environment for providers and clinical professionals exploring their next career opportunity. Hospital leadership and nursing staff will be on-site to discuss open positions, assist with applications and conduct interviews. 

Attendees are encouraged to bring a driver’s license, Social Security card, professional licensure and resume. Computers will be available for on-site applications. 

The career fair is open to a broad range of clinical roles, including: 

• Nursing
• Radiology
• Laboratory
• Pharmacy
• Cath Lab
• Operating Room
• Behavioral Health
• Inpatient and Outpatient Therapy
• And more

Attendees will also have the opportunity to learn more about employee benefits and workplace culture at each organization.

To reduce barriers to attendance, light refreshments will be provided, and a kids’ area will be available for those who need to bring children. 

The career fair is free and open to the public. No pre-registration is required.
