This free, in-person event will begin with a brief, 15‑minute presentation led by radiation oncologist Dr. Sam Hughes who will share practical cancer prevention strategies and discuss the importance of screenings for early detection. The presentation will be followed by time for questions, then a group walk where participants can keep the conversation going while encouraging a healthy, active lifestyle. 

Community Rx is an educational series hosted by Saint Mary’s and Main Street Russellville, offering accessible, expert-led conversations on a variety of wellness topics. The event is free and open to the public, and no registration is required.
