Community Rx: Joint Health and Mobility
Saint Mary’s Regional Health System, in partnership with Main Street Russellville, invites the community to attend Community Rx: Joint Health and Mobility on Thursday, March 19, from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. at 320 W. C St. in Russellville.
This free, in-person event is designed to help community members improve joint health and mobility.
The session will be led by Saint Mary’s occupational therapist Kelly Hoyt. During this informative session, Kelly will discuss simple strategies to help reduce joint pain, answer your questions, and demonstrate easy exercises you can incorporate into your daily routine to stay active and moving comfortably.
Community Rx is an educational series hosted by Saint Mary’s Regional Health System and Main Street Russellville, offering accessible, expert-led conversations on a variety of wellness topics. The event is free and open to the public, and no registration is required.
