iSaint Mary’s Outpatient Therapy Center offers a comprehensive range of services. Our mission is to provide you with the best therapy experience available, enabling you to better achieve your therapy goals.
Our team includes physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, rehab aides, a dietician, and a registered nurse. Together they will work with you and your physician to coordinator your therapy plan of care. They can also offer a continuum of care at every phase of treatment: from the beginning of a patient’s treatment in the acute hospital, through their rehab stay, and finally in the outpatient program.
We provide an attractive, low-cost rehabilitation alternative to hospital placement and other expensive medical treatments. Each patient receives an individually tailored, integrated and coordinated rehabilitative program. Our goal is to maximize each person’s ability to function physically, mentally, and vocationally.
