Saint Mary’s Wellness Fitness Center has been proud to serve Russellville and the surrounding areas since 1991. We are a 30,000 square foot facility consisting of an indoor track, full basketball court, group fitness room, racquet ball court, sauna, steam room, and many other amenities. We also have a full line of brand new strength and cardio equipment. Each of our personal trainers and group fitness instructors hold accredited certifications and are the top of the line. A registered dietician is also on site to help you meet your nutritional needs and lifestyle goals. Our staff is here to make you feel welcome and comfortable! Come see us!
FREE Fitness Consultation and Workout Design
Saint Mary’s Wellness Fitness Center offers FREE fitness consultations and workout designs throughout membership. If you have any injury or illness the correct modifications for exercise will be shown to prevent any further injury. Workout programs are designed on a 4-6 week basis. After this time, we will meet again, advance your workout, or make other changes if necessary. Our fitness specialists are always available for your questions or concerns. Each of our fitness specialists hold degrees in Wellness Science and have taken special classes for workout design and exercise prescription. Our fitness specialists are here to help you reach your fitness goals safe and effectively. Appointments are scheduled with the front desk at your convenience.
Silver Sneakers
Saint Mary’s Wellness Fitness Center is a SilverSneakers® approved site. Check with your insurance company to see if you qualify for a SilverSneakers® free membership or go to www.silversneakers.com. We offer over 10 senior classes per week. We also offer discounted rates for senior memberships. Give us a call or come out and visit us! Our fitness specialists will work with you to help develop a fitness program to help reach your goals.
