At Saint Mary’s Regional Health System, patient care is our highest priority.  It is our ongoing mission to exceed the expectations of our patients and their families – to provide them with the stellar service and care they deserve, and to make them feel at home in our hospital.

See what some of our patients have to say about their personal experiences with Saint Mary’s…

Thank you, Saint Mary’s!

My husband, James R. Wilson, and I want to express our appreciation for the excellent care received at Saint Mary’s Regional Health System this past week.

My husband had a surgical procedure with Dr. Meacham and spent two days on the third floor.  The care he received from the doctor and staff there was phenomenal.  The personal care and attention were unprecedented.  All the staff we had contact with: house keeping, nurse’s aids, LPN’s, RN’s and the Leadership Rounding Team exceeded expectations.  Our every concern and question was addressed quickly.

Russellville is lucky to have SMRMC.

Very Special People…

I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude to some very special people who came into my life somewhat unexpectedly.

On January 1st, I went to the emergency room at St. Mary’s after several days of what I thought was a stomach virus.  I was seen almost immediately and was treated by the staff with genuine concern.

That was the first day of what turned out to be a 14-day stay that included surgery on January 2nd.

I cannot begin to express my thankfulness to the staff on third floor post-op.  As a previous writer has pointed out, I thought the care was top-notch and was well beyond what I had expected.  St. Mary’s is a blessing to this community because of its staff.

I say this because those who have heard things from the past that were unfavorable toward this facility should be assured that during my stay, that was most certainly not the case.

Again, I am extremely grateful to those at St. Mary’s who assisted in my care, especially those on third floor post-op.

You’re the best,
Mike Yerina Dover
